4. Your Advanced Payment

London B&B's, Homes, and Apartments

1. The normal minimum booking period in is for two consecutive nights for a London B&B or Apartment.

2. We ask you to pay for accommodation all in advance for stays 2-5 nights long, plus a non-refundable Booking Fee of GBP 5.00 per adult (16 years and over). The outstanding balance is to be paid to the accommodation on arrival.

3. If you are staying 6 nights or more you need to pay a minimum of 50% of the total booking value. Balance is paid direct to the Host/Apartment on arrival in cash. It is possible to pay the balance by credit card direct to Welcome Homes with a 2% credit card surcharge added.
 

London Hotels

1. Full payment is required for 1-5 nights stay, plus booking fee(s).

 2. For stays 6 nights or more 50% is required in advance together with booking fee(s). Balance is paid direct to the Hotel.

Booking Conditions

1. Please complete the booking form and return it to us as soon as possible. We cannot reserve/book any accommodation without receiving your advance payment

.2. The advance payment and booking fee(s), (£5 per person aged 16 years and over), must reach us as quickly as possible in order to secure your reservation.

3. On receipt of the advance payment, we will issue you with our Booking Confirmation advising you the name and address of your accommodation with directions and contact details. Any outstanding balance to be paid direct to the accommodation.

4. Cancellation of a booking will require full payment of the outstanding balance unless we receive a minimum 14 days notice in writing prior to arrival dates. On receipt of notice we will refund 50% of advance accommodation payment. If we receive cancellation less than 14 days before arrival dates, no refund will be made. The booking fee is not refundable.

5. Bank charges: Please add an extra £10 to your payment if you are paying by Bank Transfer. Please add £7 to your payment if paying by Eurocheque.

6. Accommodation can only be reserved/booked/cancelled through Welcome Homes & Hotels.
